Refund policy

Last updated: May 2026 · ilottocheck.com · admin@ilottocheck.com

Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Your invoice and tax details may therefore reference Paddle’s details. This page explains how we handle refund requests alongside what consumers can typically expect — your statutory cooling-off or consumer rights remain unaffected where mandatory law overrides this policy.

What you purchased

Paid plans unlock digital access to enhanced features on iLottoCheck (for example extra ticket-check rows or premium statistics for eligible accounts). There is nothing physical shipped. Current prices are shown at checkout when subscriptions are available.

Cancellations

You may cancel renewal at any time. After cancellation, billing normally stops once the prepaid period expires; you retain access until that date unless exceptional circumstances apply under law or at our discretion. Use Paddle’s customer tooling from your checkout email receipt, links in Paddle’s communications, or contact us and we’ll point you to the right lane.

Refunds — general principle

Payments are recurring for ongoing access during each billing period — similar to streaming or software memberships. Fees already paid mainly cover usage for that interval. We therefore do not grant partial refunds purely because you forgot to cancel mid-cycle unless required by applicable law or decided case-by-case.

Eligible refund situations (usually approved)

We cooperate with Paddle’s assessment when they hold the lawful payment relationship.

Usually not refundable

How to request a refund

  1. Email admin@ilottocheck.com with the email used at checkout, approximate purchase date, and reason.
  2. Alternatively, use Paddle’s receipt link or support flow if available — it may resolve faster for payment-specific queries.

We aim to respond within a few business days; Paddle may impose its processors’ timelines for card reversal.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing charges with your bank so we can correct genuine errors fairly. Meritless disputes can lead to suspension of billing access.

Regional rights

EU/UK and other jurisdictions may confer mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund rights independent of merchant policy. Nothing here limits remedies you retain by law — where there is a conflict, compulsory rules apply and this document should be read as complementary.

Policy updates

Minor clarifications without reducing your rights take effect immediately on posting. Larger changes affecting billing may get additional visibility.
